Domestic Shipping Policy (United States)
**PLEASE NOTE: All orders are still currently being processed and we are not anticipating any changes to this. Shipping times may be longer than usual during this time due to an increase in online shopping and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Most orders received before 12pm (AZ Time – MST) will ship out the same day. Most orders received after 12pm (AZ Time -MST) will ship the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays or on holidays when the US postal offices are closed. Occasionally we are able to ship on Saturdays; however, most orders placed after noon on Fridays will ship the following Monday.
We ship from 2 different locations: our main office in Arizona and our distribution centers in Canada. See below under “international” for more international shipping details. We ship the majority of our orders via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Free First-Class Mail on all domestic (US) orders over $14.99. This service is $5 for First-Class Mail on orders less than $14.99. Ships via USPS and usually takes anywhere from 1-7 business days in the USA. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time-frame which is not guaranteed for First-Class Mail. Delivery may take longer than 7 days, especially during the last quarter of the year.
The rate for minimum shipping increased on March 1, 2020.
Free Priority Mail on domestic (US) orders over $55. This service is $10 for orders less than $55. Ships via USPS and usually takes 2-3 business days. Although Priority Mail is faster that First-Class Mail, this is not a guaranteed service. Delivery may take longer than 3 days, especially during the last quarter of the year.
Express Mail – $40
$40 Priority Express 1-2 day shipping for domestic (US) orders. If the order is placed before 12 pm (AZ Time), the order will usually ship the same day and arrive the next day. It is helpful to alert us via phone or email if you have placed an express order so it can be prioritized. Please note that there are some locations in the US that USPS can not reach in one day. A signature is no longer required for this shipping service. The signature requirement will be waived on the shipping label unless “Signature Confirmation” is specifically requested in the order notes (if signature confirmation is requested, someone must be present upon delivery. If no one is available to sign upon delivery, the package will be held at the nearest USPS location for pickup).
We offer 5-10 day UPS Ground shipping and UPS 3-Day Select shipping for domestic (US) orders and these services are charged at cost.
Special Note: Sometimes during the holidays orders can take longer than the above stated estimated delivery times. Please keep this in mind, unless you have requested guaranteed services.
For our Florida customers we offer pick up directly from our warehouse at 1906 North Higley Rd, Mesa, Arizona. In order to use this option, please call us, at 480-889-0713 to complete or place your order.
International Shipping Information
Due to current global shipping conditions, international shipping has been very unpredictable and most carriers have suspended their delivery time-frame guarantees. Because of this, there is a chance your shipment may experience significant customs or other shipping delays. Orders will be shipped via the requested shipping method, but please note that we cannot guarantee any delivery time-frames at this time. Also, we may not be able to support any detailed tracking inquiries for delayed international shipments and we may not be able to track your shipment in any more detail than what is shown in the information attached to the tracking number online. If there is any extended shipping delay (beyond 40 days) or your package is returned to us for non-delivery for any reason, we will refund the cost of the product from the order but we will not grant any refunds for shipping fees. In the unlikely circumstance that shipping fees are refunded to us by the postal carrier for any reason, we will pass that on to the customer once the refund is received. No international refund requests will be accepted before 40 days have passed and all refund requests (for damage or non-delivery) must be submitted no later than 80 days after the shipment date. All international orders are placed under these shipping terms, until further notice.
Please note that shipping anywhere outside of the US may incur customs fees. TSKG Products LLC cannot predict customs and duties fees that may arise and the order recipient is responsible for these costs.
We ship to Canada from AZ via USPS First-Class Mail International and this service is charged at cost. This service can take 7-30 business days. We also offer a service for our Canadian customers to choose domestic, Canadian shipping from our warehouses in Canada. This service costs an additional $5 (USD). Orders arrive in 2-14 days. Alternatively, we charge actual cost plus $5 for UPS International shipping services.
When shipping from the states, unfortunately we have no control over a package in customs. Passing from US post to International post and transferring through customs can sometimes cause unpredictable delays; we apologize for the inconvenience.
For the UK, Mexico, New Zealand, Australia, and other countries in Europe, Asia and South America, we charge actual cost plus $5 for USPS First-Class Mail International shipping. This usually takes 1 to 4 weeks for delivery. We charge actual cost plus $5 for USPS Priority Mail International shipping and this service usually takes 6-10 days, depending on the destination country. We charge actual cost plus $5 for USPS Priority Mail Express International shipping and this service usually takes 3-5 days, depending on the destination country. All delivery time-frames for USPS International shipping services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer than the number of days quoted above. We also offer UPS International shipping and UPS usually offers quicker delivery times, but at higher costs. We charge actual cost plus $5 for UPS International shipping services. Again, we do not have control over a package in customs and transferring from US Postal and through customs can cause delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We can not guarantee that international customers will or will not have to pay any duties for customs. International customers are responsible for any fees that may arise in customs. TSKG Products LLC does not have any control over customs costs.
Additional note on International orders: Every country has varying regulations regarding the import of dietary supplements. These can change frequently from country to country and enforcement of regulations is often subject to the interpretation of customs agents. TSKG Products, LLC is not responsible for these changing regulations and we do not have control over whether or not an item is restricted in certain countries. TSKG Products, LLC cannot guarantee that issues won’t arise in customs. We will do our best to help resolve any issues; however, the responsibility lies with the buyer.
